Dr. Heather Green

Dr. Green received her PhD from Columbia University, NY and additionally holds a Masters of Science degree in speech-language pathology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Dr. Green is a Pennsylvania licensed speech-language pathologist and a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Green’s research interest focuses on the neurophysiology of auditory change detection in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and its relationship to auditory sensitivity and language disorder. In addition, she is interested in the relationship between brain function and language development in infants. Dr. Green currently has a grant from the Nancy Lurie Marks Family Foundation and is using magnetoencephalography (MEG) to study auditory processing and language development in infant siblings of individuals with ASD.
